Fun Run logoMay 20, 2019 - THANK YOU TO EVERYONE...who helped with, supported, and/or participated in this year's Fun Run! We are sorry we had to cancel the race portion due to the risk of thunderstorms; we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. We did not make the decision lightly, and believe it was in the best interests of participants and everyone involved to stay off the course given the weather conditions. A special THANK YOU to everyone who came out for the coffee, coffee cake, and camaraderie - it was enjoyable to catch up with friends and celebrate the end of the school year!

If you haven't picked up your race t-shirt, please stop by the HSF office at 300 El Cerrito Avenue, Hillsborough Monday to Friday between 9:00am-4:30pm.

Dinner Dance

This year's Dinner Dance theme was Vanity Affair - A Glittering Gala! It was a super fun, elegant event, and all proceeds benefited our Hillsborough public schools! THANK YOU to EVERYONE who supported this event for our pubic schools: our fabulous Dinner Dance committee, event sponsors and donors, attendees, and HSF staff! FUND-A-NEED

Investing in Innovation:  iLabs 2.0...This year’s Fund-A-Need takes our highly successful Innovation Lab program to the next level by starting a brand-new “Maker Space” for Crocker Middle School, extending iLab opportunities to our K-2 students, and updating our elementary schools’ iLab equipment. Why? A comprehensive K-8 iLab program allows HCSD to nurture a “Design Thinking” mindset in our children, arming our kids with critical thinking, engineering, and problem-solving skills to better address the challenges of the new millennium. Our iLabs give our students opportunities to create, collaborate, and engage in innovative Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math - STEAM-based projects to become innovators and lifelong learners.
