Board of Directors 2011–2012

The Hillsborough Schools Foundation Board of Directors (BOD) is comprised of parent volunteers selected through an annual nominating process. The Board has the responsibility of overseeing the Annual Giving Campaign, Events, Allocations, Investments, Communications, Underwriting and Sponsorship, Volunteer development, Strategic Direction, Endowment, Governance and New Ventures. The BOD together with the District Superintendent and the Board of Trustees representative meet on a monthly basis to review fund raising initiatives and status as articulated in our annual goals and objectives.

The HSF is governed in accordance with by-laws, an operating committee, and committee charters. Copies of any of these documents can be viewed at the HSF office.
