Alongside the Concours d'Elegance, you will enjoy the Family Carnival – a collection of games, entertainment, shopping and lunch choices for all ages. The Festival, a fundraiser for the Hillsborough City School District, is staffed by parents and is a safe, friendly and fun outing for your entire family.
